Paul NÉRI (1910-1965) Un oued au bord de l'Atlas Oil on canvas, signed 65 x 92 cm Paul Néri was born in 1910 and lived for many years in Morocco. He settled in the Meknes region, from where he travelled throughout the rest of the country. The Marrakech region and the valleys of the High Atlas are his main sources of inspiration. He set out to document the oases, towns and scenes of life he encountered. Landscapes are his favorite theme, but he is also particularly fond of fantasia. Lot presented by cabinet Ottavi
