Pocket watch in 750 thousandths gold, white enameled dial with painted gold Arabic numerals. Chased caseband decorated with friezes. Case back centered with a medallion featuring a small scene with a seated dog in a guilloché and pearled frame. Rooster movement, key winding, verge escapement and meeting wheel, chain and spindle. Dial and movement signed. French work of the late 18th century (accident to dial).
