CHINA, Nanjing, late Qing dynasty, 19th century. Large dish decorated with a bird on a rock surrounded by the three winter friends. Dull brown border decorated with foliage. Bamboos on reverse. Apocryphal mark of Kangxi on reverse. Blue-white glazed ceramic on crackled background for the central part. Diameter: 46.4 cm. Chipping at the rim, firing defect at the transition between the rim and the central part.
