750 thousandths satin-finish gold pendant featuring a finely openworked medallion decorated with 4 cushion-cut tourmalines in a beaded closed setting surrounded by small crowned roses, the whole punctuated with fine pearls. Signed and numbered. Circa 1895/1900 (chips on the tourmalines, one reported).
Gross weight: 18.40 g. Diameter: 4.5 cm.
Probably the work of Georges Fouquet, who succeeded his father Alphonse Fouquet in 1895, a transitional period before moving into the modern style.
