III) in its first part, and devotes its third part to "things used for human nourishment": wheat, vegetables, bread, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish, condiments, spices and beverages. It was written by Girard des Bergeries, a reformed physician from Lausanne. Binding rubbed, stained, with small paper chips on boards. Endpapers partly detached. Short cut at head. Stains and brown spots.
