Very nice tambourine figure. Beautifully executed and cast. The expressive face is topped by a fourteen-braid headdress. Charles Ratton's description: "Seated figure on the ground. His headdress, composed of braided plaits at the top of the skull, is surrounded by spiral-shaped scarifications (?). He is clapping his hands on a tom-tom held between his legs. Inv. n° 1237/4.
