Binding rubbed, faded; stains. Attached: COSTER (Charles de). Smetse smee. Gand, Vereenidge Invalieden, 1925. in-12, paperback. Original woods by Victor Stuyvaert, one of 500 copies on Taiwan, the only large paper with 20 vellum. ZOLA (Émile). Lourdes. Paris, Charpentier, 1894. In-12, calfskin decorated with a tinted and pyrographed decoration of Renaissance style interlacing, gilt head, spine with nerves decorated in the same way. First edition on current paper. In-12, black glazed calf, first plate decorated with a gilt ogival window, with mosaic decoration of a red bell on a sand velvet background, gilt rosette on the second plate, smooth spine decorated, gilt A.S.S., cover and spine on board, inner lace, lining and endpapers in grey suede. Tiny rubs, interior uniformly scorched, introductory pages partly detached.
